🔥 RETURNS & CUSTOM ORDER POLICY
🖤 RETURNS (STAY LOYAL COLLECTION ONLY)
We accept returns only for items from the Stay Loyal collection.
You have 3–4 business days after delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With tags and original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at info@twbespokedesign.com within the 3–4 business day window.
⚠️ Important:
- Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted
- Items sent back without approval will not be accepted
🎨 CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS (FINAL SALE)
All custom and personalized items are made to order and are final sale.
This includes:
- Custom shirts
- Tumblers
- Mugs
- Stadium cups
- Party favors
👉 No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted on custom items.
✍️ CUSTOM ORDER PROCESS
Once your order is placed and payment is received:
- We will contact you within 24–48 hours
- We will review and confirm all order details with you
- A mock-up proof will be sent for approval before production begins
👉 It is your responsibility to review and approve all details carefully.
Once the mock-up is approved and production begins:
- No changes can be made
- Orders cannot be canceled or refunded
⏱️ PROCESSING TIME
- Standard custom orders: 5–10 business days
- Party favors & bulk orders: 7–14 business days
Production begins only after mock-up approval.
📦 DAMAGES & ORDER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@twbespokedesign.com with photos.
🔁 EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only considered for Stay Loyal items and must meet return eligibility requirements.
Custom items are not eligible for exchange.
💳 REFUNDS
If your return is approved (Stay Loyal items only), your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
